Welcome to Finding Home Farms, we are so glad you have joined us. We are Laura and Dana, and along with our daughters, we live in the Hudson Valley of New York. Finding Home Farms (FHF) is a family-owned organic maple farm and lifestyle brand. Our award winning organic maple syrup is the base of our business, where our family has been tapping our own trees and making our own syrup for 5 generations. From this syrup we make a select group of flavored maple syrups, including our Rye Barrel Aged maple syrup which won a Gold Sofi and Product of the Year at the Fancy Food Show. We combine our maple products with dry mixes, jams and other pantry items to round out our food selections. In addition, we make 20 fragrances of 100% soy wax candles available in two different vessels. We proudly produce all of our products in the USA, from our pure maple syrup and pantry offerings to soy candles and home decor.
