COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- These jackfruit are fully cooked & can be heated from frozen or thawed.
- To thaw, place the jackfruit on a tray and refrigerate for up to 14 days.
- Convection Oven/ Air Fryer (Low Fan): Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the jackfruit in a single layer on a baking tray. Cook until jackfruit s are completely reheated. Please note that natural color variation may occur.
- Stovetop in Sauce: Place the frozen jackfruit in a saucepan & optional pour sauce over the jackfruit until they are fully covered. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then cover & reduce the heat. Allow the jackfruit to simmer until they are completely reheated, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the jackfruit while hot and fresh for the best results.
